Can I just say chiaroscuro? This photograph of your figure is perhaps the best example i have seen of chiaroscuro in a long time. In keeping up with the likes of Caravaggoio and our good friend Peter Paul Rubens, of whom you would have been one of his most sought after models, this piece features such pleasing gradations of form as they turn from light to dark.
As it should be, especially in this case, this is all about roundness, every surface other than the face of the dresser is a display of ultimate roundness and fullness of form.
I appreciate how sensitive the light is as it touches you so softly. I am really pleased how much richness there is even in the lightest lights, yet the darks still have a lot of detail.
This is a striking image and I don't mind saying that you have just raised the bar for every one that takes nude self portraits... This one is going to be hard for anyone to top.
